Lucretzia Appavoo is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and a graduate from City University of Seattle. She completed her master’s degree in the field of counselling psychology and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the University of Alberta.

Lucretzia values compassion, empathy, and patience and brings these values to the therapeutic space. She believes in a person-centered approach and is committed to results and improvement while also providing a non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their inner world. 

Lucretzia has experience working with trauma, abuse, and anxiety. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and play therapy. 

In her spare time, Lucretzia spends her time swimming, watching documentaries, and reading books.
